Meet  Dreamworker Toko-pa Turner~
Toko-pa draws on the wisdom of Jungian Psychology, Mythology, Sufism, Shamanism, Poetry, Physics, Intuition and Tarot.
Considered an authority on dreams, Toko-pa has been interviewed by CNN News and BBC Radio, and her Dreamspeak column appears in a collection of magazines and newspapers across the United States & Canada.

Raised in the mystical tradition of Sufism, working with dreams was always encouraged, but it wasn’t until her mid-twenties that Toko-pa returned to the study of dreams through a western lens. She became deeply interested in Depth Psychology and did a 3 year internship at the Jung Foundation of Ontario, while pursuing her studies in mythology and shamanism.

In early 2001, she was awarded a scholarship to study on Maui with psychophysiologist and Lucid Dreaming expert, Dr. Stephen LaBerge. She spent the following year writing a documentary series, Awake and Dreaming, which was picked up for development by Vision TV. In the same year, Toko-pa founded the Dream School in Toronto as a way of transmitting Dreamworking tools and creating community around dream sharing.

Toko-pa has helped transform the lives of many individuals in her private Dreamworking practice based on Salt Spring Island, as well as lectured, given workshops to international groups, and widely published her writing on dreams.
