In 2008 the United States entered one of the longest recessions in it's history. Unempoyment jumped to over twelve percent and housing values crumbled as many home owners found themselves in homes that had lost their value.

Today, unemployment has srunk to just over six percent and in many places, the housing market seems to be reviving. It is as if the Sun, shining brightly has wiped all the gloom and doom away and here we stand facing a brighter tomorrow.
