Witness # 40 How could McCullogh Admit This Witness?

Prosecution misconduct is certainly can not be rulled out in the grand jury case wether to indict officer Darren Wilson. I cant believe in such a highly prominent case that such improprieties have taken place. If there has been any case in the last  50 years that should have been conducted in the most meticulous fashon that would be beyond scrutiny it should have been this case but apparently it hasent.
