First show (pre-launch)

Though we've done a couple of short practice segments, we are calling this our first (though unadvertised) with the format that we plan to use when we go live. A thorough test out of the sound effects and transitions was accomplished, and there are a few jewels mixed in with the "can you hear me" and "how did that sound". The show contained a pretty good discussion of the Doctor Who Christmas special, and a few of the new stories that are circulating in the world of Sci Fi this week, as well as a preview of the BSG finale.

Test Show

The first test show was completed tonight. What was supposed to be a quick sound check turned into a fairly detailed discussion about both Doctor Who and Galactica with some Torchwood thrown in. Problems with NetRanger's voice over IP phone were a bit of an issue, and the sound effects were too loud. A 2nd test show will hopefully resolve those issues though in time for the public launch.
