I know what it is like to grow up not liking yourself, discounting who you are, criticizing yourself, feeling ashamed of who you are, not feeling good enough due to the messages you received from your parents, religion and culture. As a result you developed low self-esteem, lack confidence & love. Not only did I suffer through years of sexual abuse I also lived through Domestic Violence, which was a major part of my childhood.

Through her personal experiences of overcoming a life filled with a series of traumatic events, Trudy-Ann seeks to inspire and motivate people to create their passion in life inspite of and despite the environment or background that they are from. Her mission is to help individuals bring more self-awareness to themselves and to their lives so that they can develop internal Strength and Power to help them to become more empowered to make healthy and conscious choices in their lives.

Trudy-Ann’s diverse background allows her to provide her Clients with a wealth of wide-ranging resources and her compassionate, full-hearted advocacy fosters an environment in which her Clients can truly flourish.
