Amanda Perez-Morris is the Owner & Designer for Eleanor's Revolt, The Arts Education Boutique striving to Educate, Create, Upcycle, and Give. She believes Creativity = Happy Living and works to encourage others to keep creativity alive in their own lives while thinking about their impact on the environment. Eleanor's Revolt sells handmade upcycled gifts and DIY craft kits for kids and adults to encourage creativity in the home and the community. Each year Eleanor's Revolt has pledged to donate 15% of all profits from the sales to keep Arts Education alive in local schools.
One of the corner stones of Eleanor’s Revolt is to Upcycle. One of the many ways Amanda strives to stay earth-friendly is by using second-hand donations and thrift finds in her product development and in her own life. She loves nothing more than to repurpose thrifty finds and use them to create beautiful pieces of art. All on a budget of course! She is the youngest of three girls in her family and shopping on a budget is in her DNA. In 2011, she and her husband ditched their jobs to travel the world for six months and get married along the way. She loves to research, read, travel, bake, watch movies, and drink a little vino while sitting on her second-hand couch.
