Wednesday at 9pm means yet another edition of Inside The Tent: ATL Sports Talk with Skrap and Rod Starr.

Of course we'll have Outside the A, our 10 minute segment with our boy, Boyd. We'll have to properly eulogize the Hawks since they suprised no one by losing to the Celtics in the first round of the NBA playoffs, and we'll touch a bit on the Braves who are sitting currently a half game out of first in the NL East.

After that, we will feature an interview with local volleyball player Breana "Puffy" Thomas. We will discuss her jouney in club volleyball, the trials of traveling almost weekly with the team, balancing her play with her personal life all while fielding and screening offers from colleges all over the Southeast looking to bring her on board to play her college volleyball.

Our conversation with this young lady will springboard into a conversation on women's sports and its place in the average American mindset. Even here in Atlanta, our WNBA team is the reigning two time Eastern Conference champion but most people either don't know or don't care about that simply because they are women. This isn't just the case in basketball but it is the most common occurrence since women's basketball is the most promenently featured women's sport. We'll try to delve into the mindsets of sport fans and see what's at the root of people's thoughts, or lack of thought, toward women's sports.

All this, some laughs, and more on Inside The Tent :: ATL Sports Talk with Skrap and Rod Starr this Wednesday at 9pm on Blog Talk Radio.
