The Stiletto Girl Project is something I just launched, it's a promise to teach 100,000 women self defense by end of 2014. 

Tips for listeners:

1. Keep your mind strong. Negative thoughts and self deprecating behaviors can be picked up by others. Making you an easier target. 

2. Keep your body strong. Make sure you can run and fight back against an attacker if you had to. Strong legs.

3. Always practice awareness.
