Welcome to..... "The Streets Don't Love You Back" Movement, Radio Talk Show..... Our goal is to educate our youth about the dangers of gang violence and drugs and that there are many alternatives to the “gang/thug/drug” life..... “The Streets Don’t Love You Back” is a Story of Strength, Prayer, and Perseverance, by Robert D. Boyd Jr., the autobiography of a man who grew up in the eastside ghetto of Detroit MI. His birth father although a prominent figure as a well known Author and Reverend chose not to be a part of his life. One day when Rob was nine years old he watched his stepfather get stabbed to death by his grandfather. He then trusted no one, and after being robbed by a young gang member at age ten, he turned to the streets and started living the gang life. He was involved with a lot of dangerous situations at an early age and ended up in a home for troubled boys. He remained involved in the gang life until as an adult was incarcerated for illegal activity. After reading this book you will see that crime doesn’t pay and “The Streets Don’t Love You Back.....     "CHANGE" Reality TV Show

    "CHANGE" is a new Reality Show brought to you by The Streets Don't Love You Back Movement. Coming September 2009.
    Produced by Robert D. Boyd Jr. and Lucinda Fierros.
    "CHANGE" will concentrate mainly on real stories of people who used to be involved in the gang/thug/drug life and how they have changed their lives. Our goal is to continually educate and by example help change the lives of others.
    If you would like to share your story please contact us. You can also send us a pre-recorded DVD with your story and we will edit it into our show as we see fit. DVD's will not be returned.
    The show will be aired on Time Warner Cable in Cincinnati. We are looking into a national syndication. Clips will also be shown here on The Streets Don't Love You Back home page.
