Kathleen Terry, Mastermind Facilitator

We have a returning guest this morning, Kathleen Terry, Founder and Executive Director of Participative Management Systems.

Participative Management Systems is a training and development company that provides coaching, leadership development and team building programs to high-tech firms, local, and county governments, leading defense/aerospace contractors and major health management organizations. 

Kathleen is passionate about making a difference in her community and is an active volunteer. She is currently on the Board of the Volunteer Center of the South Bay and PS I Love You Foundation. She also is an active Rotarian and was the past President of Manhattan Beach Rotary

Presently, Kathleen is the Facilitator for Leadership Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach and also facilitated Leadership programs in Pasadena and Hermosa Beach.

She has been actively involved with the Beach City Health District and provides coaching and training designed to help people define their purpose and answer the question, “Why do you get up in the morning?”

Kathleen was a facilitator at Mastermind: By Women For Women event earlier this week and this morning we’re going to learn about the event and what attendees took from it.
