Manhattan Beach Chamber 360: Let’s Talk Real Estate

Our guests this morning are James Sanders, David Curry and Kyle King and this morning, we’re talking real estate.

James Sanders is an Agent with RE/MAX Realtors right here in the South Bay. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Real Estate Finance. James began his career in real estate in 1989 with RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty selling properties on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the greater South Bay area. 

Active in the world of real estate for almost 20 years, David Curry enjoys helping his clients and friends get into their dream homes, investment properties and first homes.  David is active in the community, having served on the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for most of the last decade, culminating in the Chairmanship in 2010. 

Kyle King grew up in a real estate family – he worked on construction sites with his father and brother at the age of 14. The insight gained from that “bricks and sticks” experience allows him to offer clients a ground-up vision of their real estate goals. He and his family found their “forever home” in Manhattan Beach 10 years ago and he’s committed to helping his clients do exactly that.
