Chris Roosen, Torrance PD

Our guest this morning is Chris Roosen.

Chris is a Sargent with the Torrance Police Department and began his law enforcement career with the City of Hawthorne in 1992.

He currently serves as the Community Affairs Supervisor for the Patrol Bureau where he supervises and manages Police Officers, Service Officers, Cadets, Volunteers and Police Explorers assigned to the Community Affairs Section.

Chris attended UCLA earning a BA in psychology and received a Masters of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management from Cal State Dominguez Hills.

We’ve all heard the phrase ‘See Something, Say Something’ and this morning, Officer Rosen is going to explain exactly what that means and the important role we, as citizens, play in the safety of our own communities.
