Our guest this morning is Adia Co-Founder and Chief of Outrageous Service, Pamela Penson. Pamela will discuss the special needs of the elderly during a disaster situation.

Pamela Penson has worked in the business sector for over 20 years. She became an entrepreneur at the early age of 17, importing and exporting textile from India to the United States.

She is a graduate of University of Southern California with an MBA and earned a PhD in Neuro Economics from Claremont Graduate University, ranked top in her class.

Currently, she co-owns and operates a non-medical caregiver company, Adia In-Home Care, based in Torrance, CA as well as a lead investor-creator of new product inventions based in Los Angeles, Mexico and China.

She has volunteered her time as the Executive Director for Walk With Sally since its creation in 2004 to present. She speaks five languages, raised in South Pasadena, and lives in San Marino, California.
