Have you unconsciously created a reality in which you seem lost or confused? If so, you may be enmeshed in the ego’s illusions of judgment, self-doubt, and separation. Tune in this week as Nancy Herold and I discuss these problematic halls of mirrors or illusions. Remember the only real power the hall of mirrors has is our belief that they are real! In the human experience, we live on a playing field of time and space. This field is often viewed through the lens of ego and duality. Two dimensional, the ego forces us to choose a side to resolve its inner tension. In that moment we are lost in the fear, judgment, and denial of ego and IT appears real. In truth, we are trapped in an illusion. The essential mind is silent, still, empty and incapable of getting lost. Tonight we discuss the benefit of mindfulness. Also, we touch on the value of seeing ourselves clearly in the mirrors of others. Learning to discriminate what is true or false about ourselves allows us to find honest feedback from the friends we trust. It means learning to take a risk for better understanding of who we actually are. One of the most self-limiting illusions is the belief that one's own view of reality is the only one. For a moment, this show is asking you to experiment with letting go or changing your position. As you loosen your hold and step aside, the other position or person is freed to change as well. Tonight we want you to understand that judgment and acceptance are two sides of the same mirror – a transparent mirror of ascension.
