How do you examine, judge, and evaluate yourself?  Are you so lost in self that you are too inward and subjective? Many of us experience this subjectivity as depression. Tune in as Nancy and I discuss this place as an opportunity to face and free your deepest fears. Imagine, instead of resisting the process, you can embrace it and garner its wisdom. More often than not there is positive intent being held in the experience. What is your depression and subjectivity trying to show you? What is it you have not been willing to look at? There are always unexpected insights and gifts in this apparent darkness. Tonight’s show discusses how self-judgment impairs access to our own intrinsic wisdom. We all know the impact SHOULDS can have on the process. Perhaps your conditioned beliefs have become harsh tools of comparison and classification. To BE is not a specific goal; being is simply the innocence that is regained through acceptance of self. Freed from judgment and labels, your journey naturally opens to growth. It is OK to make ‘mistakes’ along the way. Also, don’t worry. It is natural to feel vulnerable in this process. It is no small deal. You are breaking the blocks and barriers around your own heart and that is amazing! Self-judgment seriously hinders this process. Remember: beliefs that are ready to be transformed always show us the way through our shadow.
