    What a fantastic show today!  Our guests gave us such a practical understanding of Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD).

    As Dr. Taber pointed out, if you think you may have Restless Legs Syndrome, talk to your physician.  If you primary care physician is unable to help you, schedule an appointment with a neurologist or sleep specialist.

    Are your legs keeping you awake?

    This week is brings two great guest to I Slept Great Radio.  Both of them are highly skilled medical professionals, but they also both suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome.  They'll give us the medical AND the practical truth about how to keep leg movements from keeping us awake.

    Dr Jesse Taber is board certified in neurology and clinical neruophysiology. Dr. Taber is in private practice and is affiliated with NorthShore University HealthSystem and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago.
     
    Dr. Hungerford is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She is in private practice at the Association for Women's Health Care and affiliated with Northwestern University where she is also a Clinical Instructor in ob/gyn.
