Resources on light therapy, SAD, jet lag, and sleep

Wow!  We could have talked to Larry Pederson of Litebook for hours.  Since we didn't have hours, here are some resources to help you learn more about seasonal affective disorder (SAD), sleep, and light therapy:

Litebook - Larry's site has good research to support the information he presented on the show.
National Sleep Foundation - this nonprofit has some good resources on SAD
Yale Winter Depression Program - information based on their SAD research
Harvard Medical School - winter depression research
