Beating jetlag and the winter blues with light therapy!

We are pleased to have writer/inventor Larry Pederson joining us today on I Slept Great Radio.  Larry's story is something many of us can relate to during the dark days of fall and winter.  He lived in Alberta, Canada, where he suffered from wellness issues related to the limited amount of sunshine.  Diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Larry began using light therapy boxes. He found them cumbersome and large.  As a result, he developed the Litebook, a sleek, portable bright light therapy device.

Tune in to hear more about the benefits of bright light therapy.

Also, visit Larry's website http://www.litebook.com.  It is filled with great information and research.
