    What a delight to have Dr. Judy Owens on I Slept Great Radio today!  She made the complexities of sleep so simple to understand.  If you haven't had a chance to listen to the show,  make sure you do.

    We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping, but do we really understand why? Dr. Judy Owens, director of the Pediatric Sleep Disorders Clinic at Hasbro Children's Hospital and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Brown University's Alpert Medical School, provides us the basics of what goes on while we sleep. Dr. Owens is a national authority on sleep for all ages. Her book Take Charge of Your Child's Sleep: The All-in-One Resource for Solving Sleep Problems in Kids and Teens is an excellent resources for helping the entire family sleep better.
