John Peters is a Christian stand-up comedian who believes that God is funny.
Over 13 months ago, God called John to a career in comedy. In that short time, John has performed comedy for open mics, churches, Toastmasters meetings, coffee houses, a town fair, addiction recovery groups, a youth ministry, and a juvenile detention center.
He is the host of his own weekly internet radio comedy show called The Funny Side of the Street.
John is the president and founder of Eagle Focus International Ministries, the senior pastor of River of God Fellowship, a father and a grandfather. John has been married for 37 years to his sweet wife Marilou who gives him plenty of material for his act.
John’s goal is to love you with laughter and change the world one joke at a time.
