The Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights keeps itself on the radar. Director Velma Korbel has frozen civil rights in Minneapolis. IBNN NEWS will break information about the Minneapolis Department of Civil Rights and the future of the Investigative Unit. Special guest, candidate Andy Noble is running in an important race for Ramsey County Commissioner against a tax-and-spend DFL incumbent Rafael Ortega. He's been in office now for 16 years, and raised his pay $23,000 over the past 36 months! He now makes $84,048 per year for a PART-TIME job. Noble says, “I'm running to put an end to this.
