Peaceful Holidays

With the Holiday season closing in, the time family and company get togethers is here. I've recently seen a slew of articles giving advice on how to survive your in-laws, how to give criticism, and how to avoid the land-mines at the company parties. In my opinion, none of the advice in these articles will work. I have one rule, and one rule only that will guide you through all of the gathering smoothly and you will have a Peaceful Holiday Season!
