On July 31, 1966 at the tender age of nine, a stranger raped Cindy L. Herb while she worked for a local Dallas newspaper. Because of that trauma, and the reactions of shame and guilt by others, Cindy felt isolated and alone. She now, as a healed rape survivor, passionately advocates a way to overcome obstacles and understand adverse events that may have occurred in people’s lives. Cindy writes and lectures as a result of her personal discoveries, in the hopes of inspiring others and to show that, despite adversity, there is always a way to overcome life’s tribulations along the path to finding true happiness and joy. Cindy L. Herb’s book is unique in that it offers a different spin on spirituality—one that enhances western religious philosophies while offering an alternative way to look at healing. Exploring spiritual truth, this path to happiness embraces a direct, intuitive knowledge of God while approaching the validation of information in a scientific method. It is Cindy’s determination that God is everywhere and we are all parts of the whole. Therefore, no being or thought can ever be separate from the whole. Upon reading her book or listening to her, you may come to realize that guilt, shame and anger are a function of the mind, not the spirit, and simple adjustments in thinking can dissolve these emotions. Tragic events occur not because God is punishing us, but rather as an individual challenge to allow the spirit of God to flourish in each of us. You will come away with a plan on how to end pain, and a deep understanding that you are never alone. Visit her web site at http://www.cherbchronicles.com/
