Lindsay Snoddy has served as the Environmental Compliance Manager for Albemarle County Public Schools for 7 years.  She earned her undergraduate and Master of Science degrees in Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  Lindsay is a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager.  Her work with the school system has involved green building initiatives and she holds LEED Accredited Professional certifications in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) and Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (O+M).  Her areas of expertise include energy management, indoor air quality, water conservation, green building, waterworks operation, asbestos management, waste and recycling management, integrated pest management, and environmental management systems.  

Susan Guerrant has worked as a teacher and librarian in Albemarle County for the past 31 years.  She has headed up Henley's environmental efforts since 2007.
