George Knaysi is a third year at the University of Virginia majoring in cognitive science. George is the president of Active Minds, a student mental-health advocacy organization. He is also the co-chair of Student Council's Safety & Wellness committee. In addition, he writes a weekly opinion column for The Cavalier Daily, U.Va.'s student newspaper.
