assalamu alaykum, is there any way you can sell your shirts online, and not only in men's sizes..? you should also look into setting up your show as a podcast for regular listeners, i had to manually set it up thru the rss feed because it doesn't show up in the itunes search! -fan of the show who's brother didn't bring her back a shirt from ny

Looking at the political/religious situation of Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan,and Iran a question comes to mind. Question: What would you say to those Muslims who believe that the Sharia (the Quranic Law) should be the law of the land? In other words, does Islam believe in the combining of religion and politics? Does a non-muslim living in a Muslim country have to live by the rules and regulations presented by the Islamic Sharia? Yes or no? please explain on your next show. Thank you.

We are all quite familiar with the three major religions, Christianity, Judaism and Islam, all of which seem to be waiting for the Great Messiah. The Jews, waiting for the Messiah to come down on his lofty chariot from the sky. The Christians, waiting for Jesus to descend in all his glory accompanied by the Angels of God from the heavens above, a spectacle for all the world to see. Then there are many Muslims who are waiting for their Messiah and Imam Mahdi to appear as well. What about the Native Americans, what was there concept?
In 1950, the Great Black Elk had this to say: "I have been told by the white men, or at least by those who are Christian, that God sent to men His son, who would restore order and peace upon the earth; and we have been told that Jesus the Christ was crucified, but that he shall come again at the Last Judgement, the end of this world cycle. This I understand and know that it is true, but the white men should know that for the red people too, it was the will of Wakan-Tanka, the Great Spirit, that an animal turn itself into a two-legged person in order to bring the most holy pipe to His people, and we too were taught that this White Buffalo Cow Woman who brought our sacred pipe will appear again at the end of this world, a coming which we Indians know is now not very far off." Interestingly, the Native Americans too share this belief that there is a need for a Messiah and they too are expecting him. We explored this on our show this past Sunday 11/4 and had a great hour of discussion.
Here are some ideas to ponder over after you have listened to the show. Would it be logical of God the almighty to send four separate individuals to satisfy the needs of four different groups of people? Jews, Christians, Muslims, and the native Americans? If so…What would their teachings be? Would it be the same teaching by all four? Lets say God sent a Christian Messiah and a Muslim Messiah at the same time, whose Messiah would have final authority?? They are both from the same God, Gods message is one... Multiple Messiahs, Same time? Such a case would probably cause more confusion and chaos on the earth (yikes!), defeating the whole purpose of the 2nd advent of the Messiah to bring about Peace on earth.Now, if it is the same teaching that all four Messiahs are to bring then I ask you would it not make more sense for God, the creator of this universe, instead of sending four Messiahs, to send one Messiah for all? Gods message has always been one and uniform. If we look at the pattern of God the Almighty we find throughout history that Prophets, Messiahs, Spiritual Sons of God, whatever you wish to refer to them as, come at a time when mankind is in total darkness and needs to be brought into light. In other words for one purpose, bringing people back to their creator.
At the time of Moses (peace and blessing be upon him), he was the messenger, the chosen one, his message was the law of the land. God spoke through him and gave a single uniform message, “Hear O Israel, your Lord is One God”. Again at the time of Jesus (peace and blessing be upon him), he was the man of the hour, the chosen one, the spiritual Son of God. He himself said, “I have not come to break the law, but to fulfill it”. Then again at the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) we see a continuation of the same message of the prophets of the past that there is only one God and we must worship him and him alone. Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) declared “There is none worthy of worship except Allah (God) and that he was the Messenger of God”
The pattern of God has always been one message, so to continue this pattern it only makes sense that there be one Messiah to fulfill this prophecy of the 2nd coming foretold by so many of different faiths, and beliefs, uniting mankind, bringing about a true revolution in the world and establishing peace of earth. The question now becomes from where will this Messiah come? Has he already come? We invite you to explore…
