Procrastination is a serious neurological problem because it gives you a false sense of action, which, in effect, is an ESCAPE from the true sense of action. Remember this, if someone tells you that you are a procrastinator, you are a person that performs in false action, and not in true action. The question is how do you know you are performing in false action? There are many ways to recognition false action. Here are a few ways to detect them: 0. You are having sex with your partner, you can look into their eyes. Watch out! 1. You are talking to your boss, he is looking straight at you, and you are feeling finicky, itchy and your eyes are pointed to the floor or somewhere else. 2. Your child is acting up around you, you say the child is just very active, and do nothing to calm him or her because doing something means applying an EFFORT to act. 3. You have an addiction problem. You know how to overcome it, but you will not because you have created an action that you believe will minimize the effect of your addiction without totally relinquishing the desire that's the addiction problem. These and many more of these problems that exemplify procrastination are happening because your serotonin production is acting like Lucy with Diamonds in the Sky--LSD. Remember John Lennon and the Beatles?
