Learning self-hypnosis can help to reduce stress and make self-improvement easier. I recommend it for my clients, especially the ones that experience anxiety and panic attacks, but it's beneficial for everyone.
ABC News and Nightline reporter Dan Harris was interviewed recently and wrote a book on the benefits of meditation called 10 Percent Happier. He explains how meditation helped him to get rid of panic attacks and make himself happier. He even speaks of scientific research with regard to the brain that shows that there are measured benefits to the brain after meditation.
Meditation and self-hypnosis are very similar. Both quiet the mind and encourage relaxation and self-exploration. Self-hypnosis usually is a "goal-oriented" meditation. Both have many benefits.
Please listen to my show as I explain hypnosis and self-hypnosis. I will discuss the benefits and why I reommend it to almost every one of my clients. When you receive messages from your body and mind that there is something "wrong" or something that needs to be addressed, self-hypnosis is a wonderful way of directing yourself to love, health, relaxation and happiness.
