By the same token, we know instantly with WHAT we resonate. This recognition takes place, assuming it is a question of resonant frequency (or its harmonics), at a molecular level – for where else do we vibrate – and it is linked with equanimity to both the physical and emotional us. It is thus we make friends – and enemies – but it is also thus that we chose anger, violence, or unhappiness when we could in fact bring ourselves to a point where these emotions do not resonate but are replaced by higher more beneficent vibrations. If it be our wish make it through this Ascension it is imperative that we take all steps necessary to facilitate resonating with that which we desire and to achieve this we must attune ourselves to those frequencies that will be of the greatest assistance in this evolution.
