Some people love holidays! It doesn’t matter if it is Christmas, Halloween, Ground Hog’s Day or National Donut Day! People love to celebrate life. However, for some folks, holidays bring about a state of depression or melancholy. This can be caused by a myriad of reasons ranging from anticipated family reunions, lack of available funds for gift-giving, to the resurgence of memories of past holidays.

There are techniques that people can utilize from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) that are easy to learn and can offer a painless, drug-free option for coping with the holiday blues. Tune in to this segment of The NLP View Radio Show, as host, Donna Blinston is joined by June Stoyer, educator and host of The Organic View Radio Show to discuss how you can use NLP to cope with the holiday blues.
