After acquiring Nature’s Path's sprouted Manna Bread® division in 2007, he and his wife found a true passion in making organic bread that is “deliciously different.” They believe organic foods are healthier for both their customers and the environment. Organic foods reduce the overall exposure to toxic chemicals and provide the foundation for healthy crops which also provide a livelihood for the farmers who are good stewards of the land.
