Check your G-d, yourself and those you consider family and friends. That's right, you read me correctly. Check your G-d. Sometimes we get confused because the promise doesn’t equate to the reality. Open that book, read the word, check the parables, the stories, figure out what’s been said, think about what isn’t said. Check your understanding with what you read. Check your family and friends with a clear perspective on the truth versus your expectation or pedestal view of what isn’t or coulda shoulda been. Check them as much for their flaws as their accomplishments. Check the little things as well as the big. Check yourself like none other. Carry your virtual mirror at all times. You need it to check yourself at any moment. When you let yourself get away with B/S you lay a path for others to follow suit.
