Minnesota's Best Horror Mag Necrotic Tissue is a magazine dedicated to helping new and professional writters to publish quality horror, and to provide great new horror stories every quarter to the fans of quality dark fiction. www.necrotictissue.com I write a lot of short stories and have one novel accepted.
