Join Stuart Crawford with Steve Zanini from Zanico Services, a leader in the people development business right here in Alberta. Stuart and Steve will discuss how a toxic work environment will limit the success of any business and what you can do to eliminate it today.

Zanico is a people development group focused on driving results within companies by engaging their workforce. Their niche is those companies whose people are suffering from a toxic work environment; politics, negativity, poor attitude and dysfunctional behaviours. These all combine to create an environment where relationships and results suffer. Through a combination of communication, facilitation, training and coaching they deliver solutions to close the gap between where the company currently is and where they would like to be.

Their mission is to ignite people so each day they are inspired, committed and take pleasure in reaching either personal and/or work objectives.
