Baseball is a dreadful sport for some. For others it is a long standing traditional, iconic sport that represents America. Yet others it is the most exhilarating sport of all time. Now, no matter where you stand on the sport – if you are old enough – you almost could not stay away from baseball when “Slammin” Sammy Sosa of the Chicago Cubs and “Big Mc” Mark McGwire of St. Louis Cardinal were chasing the Roger Maris home run record. It did not matter the day of the week, how late or early, at work or at play - if Sammy or Mark was up to bat then you were paying attention. These were wonderful days for baseball in the late 1990’s. Now when you hear Sammy or Mark’s name you immediately think steroids. Does this change the 90’s baseball homerun chase for you? Is Lance Armstrong a great biker or a crafty doper? Should Miriam Jones have gone to prison because of steroids? Barry Bonds have never been proven that he used steroids but he is being punished as a doper. What do you think about steroids in sports? We will explore that topic tonight on The Move Crew Radio Show.
