Judy Freeman, pro mountain biker, had a breakout year, but this year has had a rough start. She had made some changes that science said would be benifical, some worked and some did not. Judy talked about making the changes, as well as, the corredsponding changes going forward.
Kris Swarthout, accomplished triathlete and USA Triathlon Coach, talked about a couple pieces of gear and how they could cause problems down the road with changed technique. The items include the immensely popular swimp3 players.
In the last hour, Tricia O'Hara, fitness model and triathlete, talked about the challenges of science and how to have a good workout when the gadgets don't work.
