Join us on August 24 for a interesting interview with Pastor Cynthia Carter.  Pastor Carter is the Founder/Senior Pastor of, Word Under the Stars Ministries, Inc. better known as, “WUTS”. This ministry is serving communities through the heart of evangelism located in Houston, Texas. Pastor Carter believes, “The neighborhood should be able to see and experience the life changing effects of the ministry of Jesus Christ through the local Church”. She is a Board Certified Belief Therapist through the Therapon Institute and a Certified Christian Marriage & Family Therapist.

She has written many books that are in the process of being published. Her plan is to use the books in her ministry of preaching and teaching the Gospel of Christ to evangelize the unsaved world. Her prayer is for as many believers as possible to share in her Kingdom building efforts.
