A prolific illustrator, graphic designer, cartoonist and muralist, Howard Freeman has been creating art since the first time he picked up a pencil. He often drew caricatures of his teachers and classmates while "taking notes" in school – some even purchased the finished product.

Howard began painting murals in 1995. His first mural was a gift to his new-born niece. Since then, his work has adorned several walls, both residential and commercial, throughout Detroit, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Howard has painted walls in restaurants, offices, day care centers, kid's rooms, car dealerships, plus many more. He started Wallustrations: Murals + Design + Illustration in 1996

Howard’s design and illustration work has been published in newspapers and magazines, printed on t-shirts and displayed in major Las Vegas casinos. He even illustrated a handful of children’s books, including Candy Store at the Edge of the Galaxy, written by his wife, Aleza Freeman.

Together, they founded Big Doodle Head, a creative publishing company offering books, music and more for kids and the kid-at-heart.

Howard was honored to be chosen to represent Samsung Mobile by drawing caricatures on the Galaxy Note at The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2012.

Also in 2012, Howard was a contestant on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
