Stop abusing my tax dollar!

Why are people these days still having multiple children when the welfare laws have changed? If you know you couldn't afford the first, why the hell did you make baby number 3, 4, 5, & 6? If the father wasn't taking care of his first three what made you think he'd take care of yours? And what kind of mother does that make you?
