The amost greatest sports win in the history of sports, The British Open and its twisted ending that

When we woke up this morning we thought that we were gping to witness the greatest win in sports history, and for the first 17 adn 1/2 holes we did. Then came what was like a bad dream or an illusion to the ending of The Open Championship. Tom Watson making bogey on the final hole to tie and have to go into a playoff with Stewart Cink. I think that we all knew at that point, our week of talking about how we could not believe that a 59 year old had won the British Open, our dream was dead and it left all of us disapointed and that is the understatement of the decade! Oh Well! you win some and you give some away to the next guy! I hate to take away anything from Stewart Cink, but the clarit Jug might as well had been Fed Ex'd to him in a fragile box contaning the message From Tom Watson, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did up until my second shot on 17 on the final day.
I am sick that this happen to a great golfer and a great man, who has done more for the game than we US citizens agknowledge. Hell most people would not even reconize Tom Watson if he was standing face to face with them, but I bet they will now.(except for the morons that were watching the sunday morning info mercials. MY heart goes out to Tom Watson, and Unfortunately i think this will be his last shot at a regular PGA Tour Major, but he does have the senior tour British Open coming up and that is just as much of a major as This past Open! If i was him i would redeem myself , for myself and win that tournament and at that point be able to laugh it off, because right now there are tears dripping into a bucket i can promise you that. Well i know if it were me they would be.
Sorry Tom You did the best you could and that is what matters and you hanldled your defeat with such grace that Fans will always remember you from this open not the actual player who won it? What was his name again, oh yeah Stewart Cink Congrats Stewart
