The 7.0-magnitude earthquake that devastated Haiti Jan. 12, killed more than 230,000 people and left another one million homeless, seems, to some, to have vanished from headlines. The celebrities have moved away from the issue. The American Red Cross is being asked, "Where's the money?" And, now, responders slowly are making their way out after an initial few weeks/months of response. Some argue this is just a normal cycle of most disasters, while others say it's the typical American way: "We care, but not really." theklaxon.com radio will speak with responders, workers, rescuers and subject experts involved in response and recovery to the quake. They also will be taking your calls on this subject.
