Host Bro. Leroy welcomes David Banks President, CEO of the Eagle Academy Foundation continues his series on "Gifted and Talented For All".  The organization of educators and professionals who have fashioned public schools geared to developing the potential of all students, specifically Black Boys.  Ebony Magazine is currently running a series on Black Boys/their future and the Eagle Academy story isa part of that series.

The focus of this series is showing how Black  educators have shaped curriculum and intent inorder to bring out high achiever qualities in all students.  The majority of Black students are left out of so-called 'gifted and talented' programs. As a result of this series we wish to plant in the minds of educators, parents and students what can be done in their locales, churches, mosques, masjids, community centers to stimulate the gifts and talents present in our youth.

The Communicator features current and often controversial news, issues and topics that deal with the 7 keys of life, love, and happiness in the political, social, scientific, esoteric, health, and wealth areas.
