Welcome to Cosmic Milk and Cookies - Night Owls.  For those of us who can't seem to shut down our minds while trying to drift off to sleep, this show may help you settle your thoughts enough to fall into a peaceful slumber.  I end each show with a guided meditation to help you do just that. 

Before we go to that place though, I talk about whatever's on my mind. I've learned over the years that thinking alone never solves problems, but talking about them outloud often does.
