Tonight May 25th, our first guest Rose is going to discuss using different modalities as a combo to help keep us healthy in a proactive manner, so that we do not need pills and surgeries. There are as many ways to heal as there are inhabitants on this planet, each method a response to individual need. Some techniques focus on the body. Others bridge the heart, mind and soul in varying degrees. But whatever the system, they all have one common thread: the ability to help a client relax into well-being. Sometimes one modality will be what is needed. At other times, a blending of approaches works best.

The Benefits of Tea: Mom, cooking instructor and author of The Kitchen Classroom Gabrielle Kaplan-Mayer will discuss the benefits of tea. Imagine giving your children a drink that boosted their immune system, cut their cancer risk and helped to fight obesity by increasing their metabolic rate...that drink is easily accessible and fun to make: iced tea! Making your own iced tea allows you to control the sweetener, find the kinds of tea that your child likes and send them into the summer with a wonderful "super food" on their side!

"The Nature Mother," Nature is the Best Chemist: Angela will be discussing the topics: Nature knows the best ratio of nutrients. Nature knows what we need seasonally. Nature supplies answers for our physical, emotional, and mental problems. There is a time for us to partner with nature in regards to natural supply. Processing food is OK, Refining food is not OK. Why do we refine foods? What product sold as food has a 35-year shelf life? What product sold as food has no real food in it? Why do we process foods? Survival Foods.
