Debra Robinson is an author, psychic, and professional musician. She is descended from Alice Nutter through her maternal line, one of the infamous Lancashire Witches who was executed by King James in 1612. Debra has dealt with abilities all her life. Three years in a haunted house as a teen started her on her quest to understand the paranormal. She lends her abilities to paranormal investigations, and lectures on palmistry, and psychic abilities. Debra’s readings are considered specific and on point, as well as predictive, with a high degree of accuracy. Debra also has thriving careers in both music performance and publishing, with 2 CDs available; Pretty Lies and Perfect Girl. She’s signed many music publishing contracts, and her songs are pitched to Major artists, TV and Film. Most recently a song from her catalogue written and performed by her son James was posthumously placed in the Matthew McConaughey red band film trailer of Killer Joe. Debra's first book, her memoir A Haunted Life: The True Ghost Story of a Reluctant Psychic was released by Llewellyn Worldwide Publishing 2013, and The Dead are Watching: Ghost Stories from a Reluctant Psychic, is slated for release Sept 2014. She’s currently finishing The Haunting of Dark Tower Mansion, and the sequel to her paranormal suspense, Sarah’s Shadows. She lives in Ohio, in a haunted house, and performs music regionally, writing in the off-season. She also heads the James Short Memorial Session, an annual charity event in her sons honor, featuring professional roller bladers, music, and competitions.
