I'll cut to the chase. When you lose focus on your center you lose your way. In reality you were created with an internal compass, a guiding voice that always lets you know what the next step is. When its right to move & when you should stay still. Its the voice of your purpose your mission in life. What happens when you can't hear it though?
There is so much chatter and noise around us on a daily basis. It's so easy to We've got tweets that we just have to twit, emails that just have to be checked, books to read, responsibilities, obligations, and that nagging feeling like you're always playing catchup. Everybody has at some point looked at their "To Do" list and wondered where do I begin. Sometimes you can even go the whole day and feel like you have accomplished nothing.
Where is that internal compass then? Its still right there for you going strong. You just have to tune into the right frequency like a radio station. Take a moment and disconnect from all the mental noise. Remember that no matter how much there is to do or how much pressure you may be feeling, God is still greater! The only way to empower yourself to handle what you have to handle is to maintain your connection to the source. Peace Be Still.
Take some time & identify the one thing that you need to do that will make the biggest difference. You can't do everything, talk to everyone , read every message at once. So just let the most important thing rise to the top and build up momentum on your own terms and at your own pace.
When you don't know what to do just be still for a moment, pay attention to your breathing, reconnect with the force & power within, relax your body and your mind and Choose what you are going to focus on.
