    When I first got started with my affiliate marketing efforts one of the first tools I got introduced to was Squidoo.  What the heck is a squidoo right?

    Squidoo is a website that allows an individual to create a webpage about anything you want. For Free.  Its an internet marketers dream.  The Potpie Girl and her One Week Marketing program were a big help in letting me see how valuable Squidoo lens can be.

    A Squidoo lens is what an individual webpage is called.  I've had fun creating several over the past few months and as time goes on I'll get better at it. Take a look at a couple of them.

    Life On The High Road- Mastering the game of life

    It took me a long time to find my place and really understand what my purpose here on the High Road is.  I finally realize that The High Road is that path in life that leads you to your highest good, Your Destiny.

    The general theme on the High Road is Mastering The Game of Life on all levels.  That is something that very few are striving to do and even fewer have actually done.  But they say "If you hang out with turkeys you'll never soar with eagles."  So the High Road is an environment where individuals commited to the standards of personal excellence, respect, friendship and community gather and share wisdom. 

    Your success is my success ultimately my success is yours.  I readily make myself available for people who have the best of intentions and am quick to share resources to benefit as many people as I can.

    Earth Day 2009 - Going Green on the High Road

    This Earth day marked a very significant moment in our nations hstory.  President Barack Obama signed the Serve America Act  which deploys the nation's resources in tackling some of our toughest challenges we face, including global warming.

    This will be a major push toward building a green economy, powering America with clean energy and creating millions of green jobs as well.  Here's where our part comes in. In order for you to make sure some of those resources come to your community you're going to have to contact your local officials and see what their plans are for the Green Recovery in your town.

    They have a very short time for the state & local governments to spend the stimulus money visit www.greenforall.org to find out how to go about this.  And in celebration  of Earth Day 2009 here is one of the ways to go green this year.

    List Building & Relationship Marketing

    From the day I started with internet marketing I've been hearing about List Building.  Compiling a list of contacts who want what you have to offer.   Now I feel like I'm on everybody's list.  

    As a matter of fact before I knew what I was doing I opted in to every thing & everybody that I could.  Recently I've been learning a lot about relationship marketing and how the two work together.  Building a list of quality contacts takes more than tweeting the link to your capture page. 

    Twitter and Facebook are mainly for socializing.  They're good to get you some attention.  But the next ingredient is a place where people can come and really see what you are all about and where marketing is expected. Whether its your blog Like this one here at The High Road Show or a thriving community like The Elite Team Network. 

    You want to have an arena for people to come & interact with you through comments and messages specific to what you do.  Or you want them to come & voluntarily give you access to them. 

    Lead by marketing yourself then let the person ask for the product or opportunity you have for them.   Doing business online is going to boil down to relationships.
