It is now the 8th of January and how many of our Promises have we broken?Some may say 1or 2 yet other may say none and the honeat ones may say half..Is it that we are not commited to them or we just can not do as we say because deep down inside we are just doing lip service.

Let us start with me Every January I join the Gym and I have loads of exercise equipment at home let me name a few,Paladies tapes ,step machine,biscyle peddler,tie bow tapes remember those,,a pool, the old fashion ones that you get on your knees and roll all kinds of bands for streching,the one that you draw your body,s shape or and a Trapolin I think I forgot a few but you get my drift.I start off really great lots of enthausiam and vigor and by the end of Feburary some thing happens I get so busy or so I tell my self that some how my exercise rottine gets pushed back into a corner and so does my weight loss and this has been happenig for years so this time I have told myself  stop being a whim with aa lot of excuses and you know they arer all excuses why we do not do as we say we would it is because or intention is not there and we miss the mark by not being fully committed to the goals we have set.

I know because my why I wanted to loose the weight was not big enough and as all golfers do and myself and others do not is to follow through.So let us set our goals and determine to follow through no matter what if it is snowing put on some dance music and dance have some action to cause  the reaction of someone saying Wow you lost weight.Like myself knowing what to do and not doing it is not to know.So let us be like Lion Chasers and not let the Lion eat us alive as he has been doing.for years,get 8 hours rest,drink your 8 glasses of water and try to speed up you matalobism by eating more often..We fool ourselves into thinking that if we do not eat we will loose weight.Try our Diet Tea and Fat Burner exellent
