A Healthy body, mind, spirit, what I often call your OM is when we go inside of ourselves for fullfillment instead of looking to the outside world or substances from the outside to make us feel fool, fool as in complete. 

There are many types of addictive behavior. food, drugs, alcholoh, sex, sexting, gamboling, dramatic behaviour are probably the most common problems or addictions that are widely talked about in our world today.

Essentially an addiction is a place where we go to find what we believe will bring us peace or joy but is really a place where we go to numb those harder feelings and physical circumstances that we are afraid to and don't want to face.

We will be talking about how to go within to find that peace and calm and how to step by step ween yourself off of addictive behaviour. Because in actualllity addictive behaior is simply a bad habit that has gotten out of hand. 

So you have to find that place inside of yourself that you can go to instead and then you have to let go of your addictive behaviour one day at a time, and sometimes that means one hour at a time, one moment at a time as you form a new habit, and learn how to trust yourself and always turn to yourself, go inside of yourself when you are figuring out life and trying to feel good and calm and peaceful.
