Integrative Health Education: Normandale Community College

Integrative Health Care is growing in acceptance throughout the Twin Cities area and the Upper Midwest. As more individuals, clinics and hospitals seeks out integrative health and wellness practitioners, so does the demand for educational opportunities for people in the field. Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN is one of the mainstream educational institutions that are embracing this rising tide and are trailblazing with more and more opportunities for people to enter the growing vocation of being integrative health practitioners.

We are honored to have two guests representing Normandale joining us on the show this evening. Carolyn Vinup who is an Integrative Health Consultant currently working with Normandale Community College-Continuing Education to build and develop the Integrative Health Education Center, and Sunny Ainley who is the Associate Dean for Health & Wellness at Normandale Community College (Continuing Education and Customized Training). Carolyn and Sunny will be discussing how the Integrative Health Education Center had its beginnings and what they see for the future of integrative health care in the coming years.
